To avoid submitting a charge to your credit card twice, please do the
following:
When making a deposit to your client account with a credit card, please
note that the funds will be available the next business day. You will
either need to wait until the funds are posted (and choose 'Client Account'
as payment) or pay by session. If you choose to pay by session, select
Credit Card from the 'Payment Method' on the second sign-on screen and
follow the instructions.
If you inadvertently submit a credit card payment twice, please e-mail
[email protected]
with an explanation and specify whether you wish to receive a refund of
the surplus funds in your account by a credit to your credit card account
or by a state warrant.
