This search includes pending applications.
- Find-Trademark-Active & Inactive:
By performing this search, you will retrieve information on
active, as well as inactive, marks that use the phrase you searched. This search will include pending applications.
- Find-Registrant-Active & Inactive:
This search will retrieve a list of active, as well as inactive, trade and service marks for which a person by the name
searched is listed as the registrant.
- Find-Registration Number:
A search by registration number will retrieve the trade or service mark assigned the number searched. The registration number is the
unique 10-digit number assigned by the secretary of state to each mark registered with the secretary of state. If you are unsure
of the registration number, you may wish to perform a Find Trademark Search.
- Find-By Design Code-Active & Inactive:
A search by design code will retrieve the active, as well as inactive, trade and service marks identified by
the design code you searched.
- Find-Document Number:
A search by document number will retrieve the trade or service mark associated with the document assigned the number
searched. A document number is assigned by the secretary of state to each document submitted to,
received by, and filed with the secretary of state.
