The 2019 Notary Public Conference
|

We invite you to join us for the 2019 Notary Public Conference. You have the option to register for a one day session on either March 25 or March 26, 2019 from 8 am to 5 pm. The conference content will be the same each day and will provide seminars on topics related to the best practices and common issues faced by Texas notaries.

The conference will be held at the University of Texas at Austin, Commons Conference Center , located at the J.J. Pickle Research Campus, 10100 Burnet Road, Bldg 137, Austin, Texas 78758.

|
|
Space is limited to 325 registrants per day; however, presentation materials will be posted at a later date.
|
|
|

Registration Fee
|
|
|
|
|
Fee: $50.00 per person.
|
|
|
Fee includes official programmed events, lunch, snacks, and access to presenter materials. Please do not book nonrefundable travel arrangements without confirmation that your registration has been received and processed. Registration for the conference does not include hotel, travel, activities, or meals other than those specified in the event details.

|
Full payment must accompany registration. We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note, fees paid by credit card are subject to a statutorily authorized convenience fee of 2.7% of the total fees incurred.
|
|
|
|
The conference will offer notaries the opportunity to hear from dynamic speakers, learn the latest updates in notary procedures, visit with exhibitors and network with your fellow Texas notaries.

|
Refund Policy
|
|
|
|
No refunds will be issued after Friday, March 1, 2019 at 5 pm CST. If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, and our office receives notification of cancellation prior to the deadline, your registration fee will be refunded in full. The Secretary of State has made every effort to assure that all activities and events are held in facilities that are accessible to persons with disabilities. Persons requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should list so on the registration form.

Recommended Dress
|
|
|
|
Casual business attire is suitable for all conference meetings. Please remember that the meeting rooms are kept cool, so you may want to bring a sweater or a light jacket.

Parking is available. Wifi will also be available to all registrants. However, please note, there will not be access to power in the conference rooms.

Materials

Materials will be available electronically. Registrants will receive a login and password prior to the conference to access materials. Registrants are welcome to print and bring materials or may access them electronically during the conference.
