A search may be conducted on a single field or any combination of fields. (NOTE: A single field search on County Name or Zip Code will return a maximum of 1000 records. In order to get a complete listing of all notaries in a large county or zip code area that exceeds this number you will need to contact our office.)
Wildcard searches are permitted for first and last names. Example: First Name: Jane Last Name: Smi% (* and % are allowed)
Do not use your Social Security Number in Notary ID Number field.
Do not use punctuation when conducting a search. All punctuation will be ignored. Names may contain a hyphen.
Addresses provided were current on the date the notary was commissioned. The address provided may no longer be valid if the term of office has expired.
