Troubleshooting:

 

a.      If the customer is using the Chrome browser, check if the cookies/ third party cookies are blocked , if they are blocked - Please allow cookies by turning on the following setting

 

Chrome -> settings -> Privacy and security - > Cookies and other site data >

 

 Sites that can always use cookies - > Click Add >

Type :

https://direct.sos.state.tx.us/ (SOS site)

Also Check the box Including third-party cookies on this site. Click the Add button.

 

close the browser, and open again to restart Chrome.

b.      If the customer is using Safari, Cross-Site Tracking needs to be disabled:

 

 

c.      Browser is Firefox.

 

                                      I.          Enable third-party cookies for specific sites.

                                    II.          Some websites may not work properly when third-party cookies are blocked. To turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for a specific website:

                                   III.          Visit the website.

                                  IV.          Click on the shield Fx89ShieldIconto the left of the address bar.

                                    V.          Toggle the switch Fx91ETPbluetoggleat the top of the panel. This will turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site.



                                  VI.          The page will reload automatically and allow trackers on this site only.

                                 VII.          Follow the same process to turn Enhanced Tracking Protection back on.
