Veterans Organization Search
A veterans organization may not use a veterans organization solicitor unless the organization registers with the Office of the Secretary of State under the provisions of §1804.051 (a) of the Texas Occupations Code.

A person may not act as a veterans organization solicitor unless the person registers with the Office of the Secretary of State under the provisions of §1804.051 (b) of the Texas Occupations Code.
